Angiddy is a delicious handmade Welsh soft cheese named after the Angiddy river flowing through our family farm in the Wye Valley. We have a herd of pedigree Jersey cows which produce the creamiest milk perfect for a making our cheese. Everything from breeding the cows, through to milking them and making cheese takes place on the farm. Angiddy is a mould ripened soft cheese , creamy and rich flavour with a tang which is memorable and moreish.
